Booking Policies

How do I place an order?

Visit our booking page to view services offered, starting prices, and availability!

Is a deposit required to book?

Balloon Installations require a $50 up-front (non-refundable) deposit. The remaining amount will be invoiced on the day of your event. 

What happens at the conclusion of my event?

I do not offer clean-up services at this time. You will be responsible for dismantling balloon installations and popping balloons. 

During booking, you will be able to identify the method in which my props will be returned (dropping them off to my office on Main St. or I return at the conclusion of your event to retrieve). Props that are not returned or damaged are subject to a $100 replacement fee. 

If installations are not dismantled (balloons not taken down/popped and disposed), an additional $250 fee will be charged to the card on file.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. If your event is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible to determine availability for rescheduling.
